Upright Headstones.
Headstones that are designed upright are the most common and traditional designs. We manufacture a wide range of designs in our Nairobi factory that can be made in both Marble or Granite. They are usually made from granite, marble or limestone and Upright headstones are usually installed with a concrete base, as can be seen in the image or alternatively the headstone is oversized and a portion of the stone is buried. Our headstones are typically several inches deep and can weigh in excess of 250 kilos depending on the design.
Flat Headstones
Flat headstones are usually made from Marble or Granite and can be flush with the ground or raised slightly for better water drainage and visibility. They can either be flush with the ground or raised to a slant from the rear (raised-top flat markers, bevel markers). We are able to manufacture these type of headstones in all sizes, finishes and colours.
